3.1 Purpose & Scope of Services
The information, suggestions, and guidance provided through the Provider's wellness services are intended for general educational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Outcomes depend on the Service Receiver's understanding and use of the guidance provided.
3.2 No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
The Provider is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or other healthcare provider. He/she does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. The Receiver should always seek advice from his/her physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making changes to diet, exercise, lifestyle, or mental health practices.
3.3 Personal Responsibility
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my own health, decisions, and outcomes. I should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything discussed during our wellness sessions.
3.4 No Guarantees
While the Provider aims to provide supportive and evidence-informed guidance, he/she cannot guarantee specific results. The Service Receiver's progress depends on many factors, including personal commitment, lifestyle, and circumstances.
3.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider and HSCI disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in these services.
